The Baloch National Movement (BNM) has called on the British Prime Minister and the world to stop the genocide, disappearances and systematic abductions by the Pakistan Army in Pakistan-occupied Balochistan.
Baloch National Movement (BNM) leaders have called on the British Prime Minister, international human rights organizations, and world leaders to stand with the people of Balochistan and protest against injustice. Speakers made this call at a protest rally in front of the British Prime Minister’s office, 10 Downing Street, on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM London time.
Speakers at the protest rally said that the Pakistan Army is killing innocent people in Balochistan every day. The oppression has been going on since 1947. We are deprived of our just rights, every day in Balochistan, countless people including women and children are being disappeared. The Pakistani army is systematically disappearing the women of Balochistan. So far, the Pakistani army has killed more than 600,000 civilians. Baloch women are being raped every day.
We have promised to liberate Balochistan from Pakistan and return home. The Pakistani army is committing genocide in Balochistan in the same way it committed genocide in Bangladesh in 1971. Come stand by us, protest against injustice. The speakers said that Pakistan could not stop the independence of Bangladesh, and it will not be able to unjustly occupy Balochistan either. Balochistan will be independent one day.
Just as the Bengalis liberated their country from the occupation of Pakistan, we too will liberate Balochistan. Balochistan was never a part of Pakistan, it was always independent, Balochistan was unfairly included in Pakistan in 1947, which was unjust and illogical.
During this time, the protesters were seen chanting slogans like “Independent Balochistan”, “Terrorist Pakistan government”, “Terrorist Pakistani army”, etc. About 300 Baloch men and women from different parts of Britain participated in the protest rally. Niaz Baloch, Hassan Daoust, Naseem Baloch, Yunus Baloch, Meherwan Qambar, Samina Baloch, Nasreen Baloch, and others spoke at the rally, chaired by Balochistan National Movement leader Manzoor Baloch.
