Even while currently residing in England, his columns, articles, reports, and photographs are regularly published in various media outlets both at home and abroad. Before coming to England, he served as an Assistant Registrar at North East University Bangladesh. Shah Mansur Ali Noman completed his MGS (second master’s degree) from the Department of Political Science at the University of Dhaka, securing the third position in his batch based on academic merit. He obtained MSS and LLB degrees from the National University. He also actively participates in social and humanitarian activities across various arenas, both at home and abroad. He continues to contribute to various activities through his involvement with diverse social, cultural, and humanitarian organizations, including the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (Sylhet Unit), Kendriyo Muslim Sahitya Sangsad (Sylhet), the Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB, Sylhet Branch), and the UK Bangla Reporters Unity.
