On monday , twenty third of march , a very important international conference was organised under the sidelines of the united nations general assembly , human rights counsel geneva , featuring various speakers from asia , africa , europe and beyond. The team of the conference was democracy in danger across various parts of the world. There were special emphasis on Bangladesh as the country has recently held a next round of elections. After the disposition of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina democracy and the people, for example, the minorities, the journalists, the activists end, those who were held without charge and fair trial under Prof. Dr. Mohamed Yunus. And his regime off the entity student leaders wet questioned. Most of the speakers expressed deep concerns about the grave human rights violations, which has happened during this 18 month-end, the absence of army league from taking part in contesting any political process and contesting election is a concern not only for Bangladesh parties, neighbouring countries in Europe has what happens in Bangladesh Has got global ramifications. All the speakers urged the international community to take cognizance of this matter , and make sure that all documented evidence are properly preserved because they can be used under international human rights violations in the future. The conference passed a resolution that all the perpetrators against crimes committed in bangladesh can be categorized as crimes against humanity , and hence appropriate legal action must be taken into due course.
